Location

Villa is ideally located in the attractive residential area of Marbesa and just 400 yards from the beach. It is a well-established development of stylish and well kept properties with several good restaurants and beach bars within a short stroll. A local supermarket is 2/3 of a mile away and close by are Calahonda and Elviria, both having good shopping and other facilities.
The lively and cosmopolitan resort of Marbella is 15 minutes drive to the west and has excellent shopping and beaches, whilst a thriving nightlife can be enjoyed at the fashionable marina of Puerto Banus, 25 minutes away by car.
Just to the east is the delightful marina of Cabopino, a perfect spot for an evening meal at one of the excellent restaurants, or the thriving resort of Fuengirola, with good shopping, evening entertainment and the Mijas Aquapark is a 30 minute drive from the villa.
For golfers there are several fine courses close by and tennis, paddle facilities and a go karting and water sports centre are all within a short drive.
Villa is well-situated for exploring other coastal resorts and picturesque inland villages.
