The property has panoramic views of the nearby mountain ranges, local golf courses and stunning villas to the north. It directly overlooks the communal pool and gardens and has stunning views of the Mediterranean, the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa on a clear day.

The Penthouse is air conditioned and is on the 3rd (top) floor and consists of a large living room, which is tastefully furnished and includes, Satellite TV/DVD and surround sound system. There is a fully fitted kitchen containing a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all other essentials required. There are 2 bedrooms one En Suite with a combined bath and shower and a shower in the other bathroom also. Both bedrooms have large double beds and built in wardrobes. There is also a single fold up bed in the main bedroom wardrobe. Linen is supplied for the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Through the living room patio doors there is a large south-facing terrace with table & chairs and also a BBQ for dining outside. From this terrace there is a spiral staircase up to the rooftop sun terrace, which is also furnished with a table and recliner chairs and sun beds. There is a third terrace through the second bedroom which overlooks a large patio garden area and has stunning views of the nearby mountain ranges and local golf courses.

The local beach is just 5 mins drive (10-15 minute walk) away. Pepe's beach has a Snack Bar for some tasty snacks and drinks and Costalita beach has a fabulous 5 star Hotel. These beaches are right beside each other. You can walk for miles along this sandy stretch of Beach, there is also a host of water activities along these to enjoy like paddle boats etc.
