LONG TERM RENTAL SERVICE
We will arrange to view your property, establish a price band for monthly rental price. This will be based on our experience, and what the market is offering. We will make any suggestions for letting your property. Photos are taken, and your property is advertised for rentals on our world wide website and printed publications. We then personally show your property to all potential tenants, arrange contracts in both Spanish and English.
