This tastefully furnished penthouse apartment is offered in pristine condition and sleeps up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and has access onto a large terrace, offering stunning views of the new golf course, the Sierra Blanca mountains and out to sea. A second bedroom has two singles which bolt together to make a full king size bed and there is an additional bathroom.

This apartment has air conditioning, heating and marble floors throughout. It has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. There is also Satellite TV with a 37-inch plasma screen in the lounge and a complete surround-sound home cinema system. It also has wireless internet connection available to guests.

There is a large spacious terrace, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and lounge, overlooking the new golf course.

The apartment comes complete with a golf membership; offering vastly reduced green fees to the tenant. Taylor made golf holidays and golf academy can be arranged upon request.

The apartment is 40 minutes from Malaga airport and an airport transfer service is available to all our guests.

Los Arqueros is in an excellent location not just for golfers but also for families being only 5 minutes’ drive from motorway access to children’s adventure parks, and 10 minutes’ to the beach, Puerto Banus & Marbella town. For those who like shopping Marbella is a must! By day Puerto Banus is a relaxed environment and by night it is transformed into a lively place with many restaurants and bars which stay open until the early hours of the morning! There are fantastic amenities in close proximity, just around the corner from Los Arqueros ( about a 5 minute drive) is a commercial centre with a supermarket, banks, sports bar, DVD shop and a café/bar. Malaga airport is a 40 minute drive. A car is essential to make the most of your stay in Los Arqueros.
