Located on the Andalucian coast of Spain , just 30 minutes east of Malaga . The luxury villa is in peaceful location on the top of an exclusive villa complex, just outside Torre del Mar, offering a modern and tranquil escape. The generous living areas and grounds provide spacious and private accommodation for large groups.
The villa is split over two levels. The main part of the villa is on the upper level and includes 4 bedrooms, comfortable living room with satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo and dining area seating up to 10. This level also has an outside terrace with alfresco dining area, and gardens with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea . On the lower level there are two further bedrooms and a large swimming pool surrounded by an extended sun terrace. There are also further gardens and a covered terrace to relax out of the sun. The terraces and gardens are completely private, and have panoramic views of both the sea and mountains.
On the lower level the villa also has its own unique bodega (bar) built into the rocks beside the pool. The bodega is an honesty bar and is equipped with satellite TV and plenty of board games, you can grab a drink as and when you feel like it. There is also a covered barbeque area next to the pool where a well-prepared feast can be enjoyed late into the Andalucian night.
The spacious and light bedrooms have been individually decorated to give that home from home feeling, all having en-suite facilities, CD player, and hair dryer.
The rooms can be double or twin, with the option of a third bed if required. Cots are also available for those smaller guests, at no extra cost.
